Monday - Saturday: San Diego Elite Speed and Strength - 886 Jackman St, El Cajon, CA 92020
Sunday: Grossmont High School Football Field / Track - 1100 Murray Dr, El Cajon, CA 92020. Sunday sessions are held on the field and on the track to run long sprints, promote hamstring health, and test maximum speed. Come join us!
