MORNING

9-10am: Speed & Agility Group - Advanced

9:30-10am: Strength Class - Beginner/Intermediate

10-10:30am: Strength Class - Advanced

10-11am: Speed & Agility Group - Beginner/Intermediate

AFTERNOON

4-5pm: Speed & Agility Group - Beginner/Intermediate

4:30-5pm: Strength Class - Advanced

5-5:30pm: Strength Class - Beginner/Intermediate

5-6pm: Speed & Agility Group - Advanced

*Tuesday & Thursday Only 6-7pm: Girls Lift - All Ages

Saturday

9-10am: Speed & Agility Group - Advanced

10-11am: Speed & Agility Group - Beginner/Intermediate

Sunday

2-3pm: Speed & Agility Group - Beginner/Intermediate

3-4pm: Speed & Agility Group - Advanced

Levels/Age Groups:

Beginner: Athletes up to 8th grade

Intermediate: Athletes 5th through 9th grade

Advanced: Athletes 8th grade and older
